Falun Dafa, also called Falun Gong, is an ancient spiritual discipline based on the universal principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance. It is a self-cultivation practice that improves mental and physical wellness through meditation and simple exercises (see falundafa.org for more information and free downloads of books, exercise music and videos). It has been well documented that Falun Gong has a lot of benefits, such as:

- relieving stress and anxiety
- increasing energy and vitality
- promoting morality and spirituality
